For the fourth consecutive year,
Oakridgers had an opportunity to visit the U Prep School at Seattle as
part of the Global Link Experience. Five students from Grade X
accompanied by Ms. Rubina Nikhath (faculty advisor) were a part of this
program.
The two week program was a good learning experience for the students. Their stay with host families in Seattle provided them with a good opportunity to understand and experience a different culture. Such experiences truly help children to evolve as global citizens and help them develop a better perspective of the world around them.
